That's good to hear. I remember the videophiles arguing that the human eye cannot detect the differences between 720p and 1080p. I've come to understand that it depends (see: http://www.digitaltrends.com/home-theater/720p-vs-1080p-can-you-tell-the-difference-between-hdtv-resolutions/). I think as affordable as Seiki and Nuvola are making this, it could really take off. It all depends on the availability of content IMO. If this was a year or two ago when I was shopping for flat screen HD tv's, the Seiki TV/Monitor would have been right in my price range and I was actively shopping for the best quality bare bones tv I could get my hands on - it would have been a no brainer for me at time, especially if I saw the Popular Mechanics award online when I went to research the Seiki TV.
