Blue, I didn't read every post there myself (and I assume they're being added to over time), but most of the complaints that caught my eye were on the order of "Hey, I just bought a new iMac -- where's my free upgrade to iLife '06?"

I could join that bitch.

And then there's those ridiculous software upgrade coupons that Apple ships with every new Mac and which apparently mean -- absolutely nothing.
