Wednesday's news on Maine is completely separate from the
November 5th vote in Portland.

The measure brought forth for the State of Maine couldn't
make it past the Maine's Legislative council.

For Portland, the measure has already been approved, and
is up for it's vote November 5th, and is expected to pass.

I can tell you from now till the 5th huge support will rally
to Portland to make sure they get a yes vote.

Their hasn't been much opposition to a yes vote.
Anti pot signs have been posted up recently, even that is
a late campaign.

I am predicting a yes vote.
Not because of PHOT, just my gut feeling.

We will soon find out!

Regardless, a signature-collecting drive is now underway
in Alaska and setting up in California to push for a vote
in 2014, with Arizona, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont targeted for
legalization in 2016 and 2017.
