How can the above statement be true when the NP-1 isn't even on the market for sale? The NP-1 is still in the testing phase, right?

How exactly can emails, phone calls and Facebook messages (LOL!) hinder NTEK from their priorities or manufacture of the NP-1? Aren't those tasks assigned to secretaries and IR? Looks like a weak excuse to me...

In the mean time, make sure you have secured your pre-order so you may lock in your reservation of the world's first 4K streaming player. Those who have already made their reservation will receive top priority. We are working day and night as quickly as possible to get the product to as soon as possible.

On another note, Sony's FMP-XI 4K Ultra HD Media Player seems to be having it's share of problems and their product is already on the market...looks like NTEK may be experiencing the same or similar problems as well...

Oh, BTW, here's a blatantly false quote if I've ever seen one:
