This company has always been about selling stock, not actually doing business. As many times as I-Glow has stressed it, he can stress it more, because he's dead right...there is NO REASON that the Chairman posts how "terrific" the quarter was 3 weeks before the end of October, and they can't get UNAUDITED financials out by before the close today.
I believe they'll release their fictional financials about 9:15 tomorrow, preying on those who can't read to the real stuff fast enough to buy the shares they're waiting to dump.
When the financials do come out, there are a few things to check.
1.Obviously the cash position at the end of the quarter. My guess is they'll make sure it has 6 digits in it, because someone's already posted that's what IR leaked out. Of course, IR hasn't been honest about things, so that six numbers could be 1,023.12 and it would still be six numbers.
2.Notes description-How many dollars were cashed in and at what price.
3.Revenues AND accounts receivable- It isn't about what they claim to have in sales, it's what actually was collected. Of course, this might be hard to figure out because the 2nd quarter numbers were so blatantly incorrect...happens, though, when you're just making it up as you go.
4.Expenses...let's see how much they've spent in rent while they played "Hide and Seek" with their office!
So much more, but that's starters. We know they're going to try and glam it up, though...and I expect a fluffy PR about something unrelated and forward-looking to go with it.
IF they post them...the key word was mentioned by The_Pro..."PLAN"...which is FORWARD-LOOKING...and "PLANS" can change without having lied. Deceived? Sure. Manipulated so insiders could sell? Absolutely. Lied? Nope.
