Only 13% short value today for MJNA?

That's about as low as I have ever seen it.

As I understand it if the value is this low then shorts feel that MJNA has again reached a bottom and won't risk anymore short positions which means of course it's ready to go back up.

These thoughts are the correct way to interpret that correct?
