What is hard to understand is that Allyn stated 3 weeks ago that the Q3 was great and would be released by the end of the month - most reasonable people believes that to be by the end of trading on 10/31.

If the news is that great what is the problem - it is unaudited so nothing special there.

It was very unusual that the chairman issued a press release at least 3 weeks before the financials are released talking about how great the Q3 is going to be.

I suspect there are some serious problems within SKTO. There is still the issue of either Benz or Mayor not being truthful and that hasn't been addressed.
