Ummm... I guess .004 is the new .001. - LOL. Guys crying no volume it's going to tank. Dollar Volume people!! Pay attention! There is some money behind this stock. I'm not sure it's even warranted, but that coupled with a big short interest could push this thing even higher. Maybe it's being promoed. Sometimes a good promo is better than a good story. Could be both here.
