Pure silliness - AMBS is a start-up and is a recent comer to the Capital Markets for equity lifts, etc. Hence their OTC status. Forward looking statements are just that - they are in all SEC filings to protect all sides from negligence. Furthermore, AMBS has cleaned up their books and wiped the financial slate clean with new equity funding, in case you haven't kept up to speed...
