One of the things to remember is that the filing of BK does not end the trading. HLSH hasn't even gotten to the OTC BB yet. When that happens there will be more MM's trading it. The new MM's will want to make money also, therefore, a lot of fluctuations in the PPS. I would not be surprized at a PPS of over .20 during that time. That is why i am holding now.
I believe HLSH will avoid BK. The main business provides a solid cash flow. They will try to keep it intact.
If BK is announced, I would not hold until they come out of BK. Get a profit on an upswing and move on. IMHO
