Real product, Real Sales right now, Real profits, low float. If the CEO is smart which obviously he is he won't dilute because he has a bigger plan in mind.

A similar trend is developing within the eCig industry following the first acquisition of an electronic cigarette brand (Blucigs) by a traditional tobacco company Lorillard Inc. (NYSE: LO) for $135 million.
