Kelly, Hope you're having a nice weekend - and good luck to the Panthers. But I have to comment on your statement:

"This would be driven by the greed of the BOD. How difficult would it be for the board to refrain from a 1.5 billion dollar cash tender?"

How you minimze the greed of the BOD. $7.50 ! ! ! ! !

IMHO - there is no way this BOD goes for a buyout anytime soon - and for sure not for something as paltry as 1.5 billion.

Think much bigger Kelly - and think MUCH greedier.

Also, and again IMHO, I don't think this company will find intself in a buyout situation anytime in the near future. PPHM should survive for many years to come. Of course, with MANY very interesting partners.
