Ray is aware how R/S negatively affect the stock and realizes the PPS will likely drop right back to where it is now. He also knows the shareholders will hate this which is why he has not done it already. It will however replenish the company's hold on the share structure and he'll have more to give Asher...and keep the company running. Ray's number one priority is to keep the company running until he can land a JV or a non-toxic financing vehicle to develop the mines.
