This is the part that bothers me on the warrants:

The Class C warrants are exercisable at $0.60 per share at any time
on or before October 13, 2015 and redeemable at $0.05 per warrant, upon 30 days’ prior written notice, at any time after the date on which the
closing price of the common stock has equaled or exceeded $0.80 for five consecutive trading days.

Does this mean they can/will force the purchase of shares for warrant holders? And if the warrant holder doesn't want to buy commons they will get a plug nickel per warrant held?
