Don't you think that one of the main reasons that we can't get financing is that Solly is holding on to +80% of the voting power?

How many other companies do you know like that?

No chance we will ever go to HK with a share structure like that.¨

Alibaba in talks with HKEx on ownership structure ahead of IPO-sources

Aug 19 (Reuters) - Alibaba Group Holding Ltd is in talks with the Hong Kong stock exchange about allowing its founders to maintain control over the Chinese e-commerce company even after it becomes listed, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Alibaba is widely expected to launch an initial public offering worth more than $15 billion by the end of the year, with Hong Kong tipped as the likely venue.

The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd, however, generally disapproves of dual class listings, which favour a company's founders and management over its individual investors.

I am surprised that people who goes to meetings where S does his presantations isn't a bit more stubborn when asking questions. I read the transcripts from the Stockholm meeting. So why not just push him to answer the questions that you want in stead of discussing it over the board?

How many other companies do you know like that?

Or maybe S decided to read the board for the first time ever and didn't like that he has been called "Solly" lately and decided to revenge-dilute us like crazy!

Anyway, I am surprised about how much money he has to pay workers to build, what is the average salary for worker in China? What is the cost of building materials? I thought chinese construction workers were fast. The build a 1000 feet building in a few months but for SIAF, well not so fast. Why?

I wonder if someone will ask a question about how low the share price must go before he stops diluting? 10 cents?

Wasn't it really good of him to sign Nisse to the board so Nisse can't talk publicly about the company anymore? And Nisse bought 100 000 shares, well and now everyone is waiting for him to buy more. Why ? He laready owns like 4 million shares. Does that help the share price? Nahhh...

Worst nightmare ever would be to sign Yappily Yap to the CFO post...... please stop suggesting it...
