YW Guts, I always feel one should take the time to fully understand something before making a fool of themselves by making conclusions about something they never took the time to research. I thought it was a clear cut article that spelled out all the possibilities for these kinds of agreements and all the choices available to the parties for them to decide which one they will utilize, instead of assuming the worst case scenario and stating it as if it were a fact. Tends to make one question everything they say from then on. SCRC investors seem to have weighed in as the stock made a nice consolidating move upward today. Cheers!
