You are missing the point. Nobody who reads this message board could possibly forget any detail of the JMJ conversion. Its impossible since it's posted on here dozens of times each week.

What you have been touting for months is just not accurate. You have been posting that JMJ is going to crush us "toxic financing" "endless shares". This is so obvious that its just not the case. To think that is JMJ's goal or plan is to crush NBRI you must ignore the facts.

They took out 1/3 their shares last week and sold them. They will most likely take another 1/3 out in a week or 2 then the final shares a few weeks prior to the next tranche.

Converters don't spread it out if they are trying to crush the price. They spread it out so they don't crush the price.

IMO anyone who states otherwise is ignoring the facts.
