Hey NASDAQ:ACOM Shareholders! What's up with Ancestry.com? The site has been up and down more times than a yo-yo at a yo-yo tournament these past couple of months. Ancestry's newest product, FTM2014, does not work. Changes to the Ancestry.com site to accommodate FTM2014 are now shredding your customer's family trees - especially the trees of people still using FTM2012.

Don't believe me? Check out all the hundreds of customer complaints pouring in daily on the Ancestry.com Facebook page. When the Ancestry.com site is up, check out all the customer complaints on their message boards.

I have read a lot of messages from people saying they are cancelling their subscriptions because of the site not working properly over the past months, and because of the poor customer service.

It's time to SELL NASDAQ:ACOM before you get left holding the bag. Ancestry.com is losing valuable, long-time customers and the company's reputation is now becoming worse than that of a pyramid scheme.

If you do decide to buy or hold NASDAQ:ACOM, good luck. You're gonna need it.
