DECN seems to have a Two Week Time Period

before Great News penetrates
and monkeys hit the buy button!

The knowledge is here for all to see yesterday,
oh well.

I could not believe when the news came out that
the preliminary USPTO decision was 5 to zero in DECN favor
and the stock stayed 15 to 20 pennies for two weeks.
