I think there was a meeting with the judge; however, not certain...all parties were to attend...maybe it is just positive news that the DOJ is close to settling? No one knows, but the big guns do as the overall market is down...someone knows something and even if we don't know, they are willing to pump some serious money into this...gotta be good news...must wait to see.
