Steve has(d) 50.1% of Disney and it sure seems that the deal was made for his personal interests and not that of the shareholders. Yes, there should be a good premium over current market price for shareholders!

If this is accurate he sold out the shareholders in Pixar just as he did in Apple by pre-announcing the postivie side of the earnings.
