Yeah thats true for the most part. However why now? There was plenty time to dilute at a higher PPs. I true believe Somebody is really trying to drive this down. Over the past two days the trading has been really crazy, yet the PPs comes back at the end of the day. Why not have VFIN come in to sell a few shares to scare a few people into selling. What was your first thought when you saw them on the ask? I could be wrong but I'm in till the end!!!
