If an RS happens after the upload to the QB, and it is intended to allow Bayport to obtain quality financing opportunities, then I am all for it. If it is not for that purpose, I would have a problem. To this point, management has done everything right for the shareholders by growing the revenues, not taking salaries, etc. I expect that quality of management to continue.
