It's obviously just normal trading, including wash trading going on right now. This is the accumulation phase, simple as that. The same thing that happened all Summer, noticeably end of August-beginning of September before the stock doubled. We are now in the .12-.13 range, 100% higher than 2 months ago.

Stock went up because of Nasrat coming over, and him saying there is a lot of interest in Elite's tech...which we all pretty much already knew.

Now, trials for $2.7 billion oxy are starting in a matter of weeks. No wonder people are accumulating right now for the next run.
