GM. Generally speaking I see a bunch of negativity

Would you expect much else besides negativity?

Until the company comes through that is not only a natural human reaction it goes with the territory when you don't perform.

This is a public company as you know. As a shareholder you own part of this company which gives you a right to complain in my book.

If every day one comes on here saying the same thing it takes on a differant meaning.
A differant agenda.

IMO if you do not ike management, you do not like the time frame, you do not like the blackout just sell! SELL SELL move on with your life.

Where have I heard that line of thought before?

Because one doesn't like the news blackout.

Because one doesn't like some of managements decisions, does that mean the risk to reward ratio is thrown out the window and one should sell?

Or does one constantly evaluate it as I do?

That question can only be answered by each individual.

In the mean time each individual can express their opinion since they are part owner, and this IS the intent of the board to do so.

The negativity will turn when the performance of management turns positive.
