It's still amazes me, to no end, how a company, whose common stock that is actually involved in building high-rises in Manhattan and various other very expensive projects, could possibly be sitting on the bottom of the Marinara Trench, in the South China Sea, 35,000 feet below the surface of the ocean.

Mmmmmmm. Marinara Trench. That's as good as a swimming pool filled with beer!
