Beyond the fact that this company has clients like Walmart and Tractor Supply Co this also has sort of an intangible factor of being an intensely religious owned company.
James River is essentially the Chick-fil-A of the asphalt/real estate industry, so I could potentially see this attracting many christian investors IMO.
Of course that's assuming the word ever even gets out on this one that is, right now it's ridiculously illiquid and that huge spread isn't helping matters any.
