I just don't understand how the lower the price drops the more shares are available at the ask.... why over 3 million available at .0011 but there were only like half a million available at .0016 ... just doesn't make sense. You would assume there would be more people willing to sell shares for a higher PPS then a lower PPS...

Does this not strike anybody else as odd?

I don't claim to be an expert... maybe somebody can explain it to me... to me it just doesn't make sense and has me a little concerned...
