I'm saying that DECN should have waited until the transaction was completed before issing a fluffy and one-sided PR.

Have you taken a look at the DECN equity section of the balance sheet? I would not count on the "low float" if I were you.

A $12.5 million credit line is a small business line. The "good news" would be for a larger credit line with a low interest rate.

Note how the DECN PR doesn't mention the rate.

Oh well.
