Shareholder's meeting?

Just the thought of that cracked me up a little bit. Where in the heck would they hold a shareholder's meeting, Tuffin's house? The company has no money, virtually no office, and just a few employees. The last thing they are going to do is arrange some stupid shareholder meeting.

Does everyone realize this is basically a one-man show? All of the other stuff is just for show.
