Confirms name change to InterCore Inc.

Confirms 1 for 100 Reverse Split.....effective Nov(xx )

Total Outstanding shares will be 37,xxx,xxx after conversion of the
Preferred C Convertible class shares. (Previous posts stated 7,500,000
total Outstanding after the RV.)

Total Authorized will be 275MM.

There; now all three of us are briefed.
