I do think HJJ is now cornered. Whatever pressure he has faced from 'influencers' or not, any layman can see what is going on here.

Sure, there is the legal 'hurdle' of proving vs. allegation but let's assume for the moment given all of our collective diligence we can believe that VRNG is correct.

While we can not incorporate Google's behavior outside of this case, we also know what kind of organization they are, how they behave, etc.

The tell will now be, how HJJ handles this. As I have stated prior, I do believe he knows Google is cooked and thus the reason for this hearing. As with many other motions he could have simply ignored, denied, moved on, however the evidence here is getting overly compelling and as VRNG states, claiming 'legal ignorance' is not a valid defense (that's why you have lawyers!).

I also wonder if QE is about to get spanked. This is the first time I have seen VRNG go after them, claiming the deletion of IM's was under legal advisement, amazing direct shot there.

Gloves are off and clearly VRNG is swinging for a knockout punch. Upside is even if this judge doesn't do his job, I do have faith in the appeals courts and this will be sorted, eventually. Just wonder if the pps will be $4 and soon when that happens, or $2 and a year away?

Hard to tell..if JJ does his job, its the prior. This SHOULD be over on the 7th folks but hey, we can't really depend on that can we! lol
