Blackout Media Corp (BKMP)

I understand that BKMP is supposedly a holding company,but what are they holding besides the Fight Network? And if they own only 20% of TFN then does that mean we have to wait for TFN to have profits of 5 million before we can see 1 million? How does this work exactly? And since TFN is private,how will we know their financial situation and does BKMP have intentions of branching out into other areas or are we part of a holding company with 1 horse? I would appreciate if someone could answer some of these questions. Thanks!
