john1234 ...think about this....how hard is to get a Chill lifted? It's a slim chance if any pinks can get the chill off their backs as MDHI did. The scrutiny this company had to go through would of been over wheeling. I believe the chill was lifted because the 2011 and 2012 financials turned over to the Sec were worthy of the removal of the Chill.

" If the DTC has cause to be concerned about a specific security currently processed through its system, it may place a "chill" status on the security. This will restrict brokerages' ability to transfer the shares or units of the security through DTC until the security's issues are cleared up"
