Here is why Scott Gallagher is NOT CREDIBLE!!!!

I have done my research...have you? Or are you blindly following everyone else's opinion stating this

stock is the best stock ever. All of the information is available to anyone if they are willing to

look for it. (1) The first comes from the 2013 Q2 which was reported on Friday August 9th, 8:24am.

Gallagher went on to say, "This was our last filing on OTC markets. We now begin the process of

up-listing to the OTCBB and become a fully reporting company. (2) Shareholder update from Thursday

August 22, at 8:19am. We've met with our auditors and SEC counsel to review the process and timing,

which is set for late September. We've begun drafting key sections of our form 10, the document that

we'll file with the SEC to become fully reporting again in the next week or so. (3.) Shareholder update

from Monday September 16, 8:42am. We've been working closely with our accountants over the recent weeks

to complete the required filings and are only a few weeks away of becoming a fully reporting company.

(4) Shareholder update Friday October 18, 10:09am. HERE IS WHERE HE SWAYS AWAY FROM THE TRUTH!!!!!

First and foremost the next big event for our Company comes, "in my opinion", the week of November 4th when

we file our form 10 and formally become an SEC Exchange Act Reporting Company and complete the first phase

of our up-listing away from the pink sheets. The key word is "IN MY OPINION". That is a guarantee there will be

another set back. Guaranteed. You can bank on that. But also look at the other key word. For the week of the

4th of NOV, we will file our form 10! The form 10 should of been filed back in AUGUST...but it was NOT.

I am sorry folks, but look it up for yourself. This guy is a damn liar. Just watch and see that NOTHING

happens the week of NOV 4th but more excuses. This stock will drop like a rock, as it should on broken

promises!
