While the Company does not typically comment on unusual market activity, TG Therapeutics confirms that it is not aware of any developments that would merit such trading activity.

I have a very small position in TGTX (even smaller after past couple of days) so I'm paying attention. I had some concerns that the large drop on no news could be due to a leak of disappointing data regarding TGTX's PI3K-delta inhibitor, for which an update is due at ASH. However, the company statement, provided we can take it at face value (have no reason not to trust the company), provides at least some reassurances to me. I'm going to continue to hold, for better or worse.
