I don't see it as a bad thing at all, however, I could understand how some may be apprehensive when it comes to the "starting all over if merger is blocked." I'm glad there is a mediator because as Detearing said, the DOJ is willing to handle outside of court. But yes I don't see it as a bad thing at all.
