Getting better everyday. We still obviously haven't had the price appreciation but all is looking good. I knew this was deal back several months ago. Glad I stayed the course. The deals are getting stronger and more solidified. Looking forward to see the merger completed, and one or two of the handful of deals. This will definitely be talked about when it takes off. I see it going back to the 02's and 03's by years end or much sooner. Keep buying or average down, thank me later.
