Finally some reality. Thank you.

Here we have an acknowledgment of the POSSIBILITY (not necessarily the probability) that tox may take all of '14. Also, the possibility that even if all goes well, we may only be at $2.85 (pre split) in '14.

If not, we stay basically flat for the year.

Can we now leave the $200 SP and trips to Hawaii in '14 at the children's table where they belong?
