Ken,

After having high blood pressure my whole life, I stumbled on this book at the book store. The book made sense so I tried it. The short story is my blood pressure normalized after 2 weeks on the program. My before blood pressure normal was 160-165 over 95-100. It may not work for you but I can say it did for me. Blood pressure at last Dr. visit 125/80. He thought it was perfect. I thought he made a mistake.
