Question-

Latest filings report 528,292,868 common issued and
outstanding compared with 766,115,903 as of Sep 12'.

Year-over-year that's a 31% decrease in OS.

Assuming no more shares were added to the treasury, and none were issued- 528,292,868 x .34 = 179,619,575 Mcap.

Your math is off by 10%. Do you add 10% to all your calcs to adjust for the risk of dilution?

I understand your intended reasoning- for most OTC/Pinks a 200 mil. mk cap is outlandish. I've got to point out that most OTC/Pinks do not rake-in almost 3.5 million in sales revenue per quarter.

3,346,938 x 4 = $13,387,752 annually. At this stage in development, companies normally face a large amount of sunk costs- which is why turning a huge profit would be difficult.

Anyway, I'm way off topic.

I'm just wondering where you got your #s from?
