My gut feel tells me that the result must be favorable for APDN and hence they rushed through the issue of stock options for Dr at the price of .097 relative to the current market price.

Once they announce the MDA result, the share price will likely go up and then the vesting price of .097 will look unreasonable.

Just dreaming on a Sunday evening.
