I never said that ( see quote below), you are putting words in my mouth which is very misleading.

But you're saying that a material event such as acquiring a new subsidiary won't be known by shareholders for up to 4 months after the event and that it should be ok with them.

FRTD put out press on June 18th stating :

Mr. Parilla states that the Fortitude Group Inc. continues to look at its Medical Division with great optimism and remains focused on the company's strategic plan in building a strong medical division that creates real value for our shareholders.

The company never said that their Capnography product was released with cuzzola, poster son this board said that, which led to endless conversation based on a lie, which some tried to make sound like the truth.

So answer me this: If the company had a website and posted their June 18th Press on that site in addition to putting into a press release that would have squashed all the convoluted misguided chatter about the product leaving the company, the product that soem posters disputed even existed when it was announced?

I don;t think so. A website means nothing. As posted:

The company sells no products, has to attract no customers their subs do and they have websites. Anyone wishing to find info on the company can got to OTC markets and find everything you need to know, duplicating this material on a website is useless IMO.
