40 million new shares ? LOL, as I guarantee you he's not stopping there. He'll continue the dump as long as people are willing to buy the stock. It will go on for years unless the SEC pulls the plug on this ChiScam, which I believe it will at some point. No legitimate company dumps stock like this, none. SIAF's massive dumping of stock makes many true pink sheet scams look legitimate .....
