I understand where you are coming from Crawford, but this happens all over the stock market and not specific to FnF - there will always be people who buy higher and held hostages.

FNMA is moving by 100 of millions of dollars and frankly if all the novice investors you mentioned sell at once, the PPS won't blink.

The big holders who you are saying are pumping certainly can't dump on novice investors in a relatively expensive stock like FNMA and who most probably invest little money - this is not a subpenny where handful groups can control a stock-there are politics and hedges in play here in FnF - we are peanuts my friend. The best we can do is to play along with them.

I suggest we enjoy the ride and people are free to make decisions. Education should be before investing - This is IMO of course.
