The company as far as i know is a real company, stable enough to run the day to day operation when compared to other OTC stocks. Also, dilution is happening and not that worse as others. The O/S is still small at around 180M.
Having said that, there is obvious risks with oil companies.
And the upcoming news on the 2 wells will be positive and will make this run in the short term. If you want to make quick bucks, now is the time to get in (don't go all in, just what u can afford). Also given the recent developments (adding of CFO, new director, employee stock options @ .05, etc), its easy to guesstimate that the short term future is bright.
Also, if they become cash flow positive as expected in 2Y2014, longs will be rewarded even better.
