I always like our conversations. We can discuss both sides of the coin. In reality it can go either way in this market. I think the main thing to look at is how much dilution and or financing a company is doing. Financing can be great as long as its not something the company might have a hard time paying back. Just like IMO dilution is not bad as long as its not huge. I mean you see a company sell 4-5 million shares into the market is one thing. You see a company Dilute 50-60 million that is horrible. Just like when you see a company take on lets say 20-30 million in debt with the means to pay if off. Its when the debt gets to the point where it crushes a company. Hell that almost happened to clearwire if it was not for sprint trying to protect the money they already had in it. Clearwire would of filed BK and sprint would of chalked up a big loss.
