Exactly. SEC suicide to lie in a filing. The financing investment by CVP is real and I am not concerned about the terms seeing as CVP's last 2 sub penny companies they invested in went from sub penny to multiple penny immediately proceeding CVP's investment. This points to a non dilutive philosophy by CVP to me.
