If ever you were going to average down, now is the time...this will fly but if we did not hit .40-.50 at least your average would be easier to move. Lots of plays you average down in penny land but the dilution is so intense you really dont come ahead....OODH is a perfect play to leverage down....Zero Dilution. Good luck, I feel a monster runner.
