If that were true we surely would have seen some enforcement action by now don't you agree. Treaty is not a multi-million dollar corporation with thousands of employees world wide. They either did or didn't violate a SEC rule and not that difficult a case to require years of investigation to prove the alleged violation(s) we keep reading about. The SEC threat like the Bankruptcy petition is history and long since DISMISSED!
